Does inspection really cost nothing?
Yes. We walk it, photograph what we find, give you a written report. If the roof is fine, we tell you and go home.
How long does full replacement take?
Most homes: tear-off and dried in same day. Larger or steeper roofs run 2–3 days. Detail work finishes next morning.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We meet your adjuster on the roof, provide documentation, and file supplements if the scope misses damage. You choose the contractor—not the carrier.
What warranty comes with the work?
Manufacturer coverage on materials plus our written workmanship warranty. Both handed to you in writing at completion.
